Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and project disputes for all digital SEO services.
All services sold by SEO Daily Trends S.r.l. are digital in nature. Because work begins promptly after payment is confirmed and brief information is received, refunds are limited to specific circumstances described in this policy.
The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before we have begun the project (typically within 24 hours of the upfront payment and before the kick-off email is sent), a full refund of the upfront payment can be requested. The 50% balance payment on delivery is due only once the final deliverable has been sent to you; if you choose not to accept delivery after work is complete, the balance remains payable.
The first monthly payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. After the 3-month minimum term, cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Any fees paid beyond the notice period will be refunded where work for that period has not yet begun.
If you believe the deliverable does not meet the scope described in your package, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will review the deliverable against the agreed scope and, if the shortfall is confirmed, either revise the work at no charge or issue a partial refund proportional to the incomplete scope. We do not offer refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with search engine results, as rankings are outside our direct control.
If a duplicate charge is made due to a technical error, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed within 5 business days of the error being confirmed.
Email billing@seodailytrends.com with your order reference number and a description of your request. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
EU consumers typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. However, by purchasing and confirming you agree to immediate commencement of digital service delivery, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once work begins, in accordance with Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
