All services are delivered digitally. Deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout and/or shared via Google Drive, Notion, or similar document platforms agreed during onboarding. No physical goods are shipped.

All delivery timelines begin once: (a) payment is confirmed; AND (b) the client has provided the required project information (website access, Search Console access, business brief). Delays in providing access or information will delay the delivery timeline accordingly.
Deliverables include one round of revisions where feedback is provided within 7 days of delivery. Feedback received after 7 days may be treated as a new scope item. Revisions must be consistent with the original brief — requests that change the scope fundamentally will be quoted separately.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including server outages, algorithm changes, third-party platform downtime, or natural events.
